Race Aggregator (“we”, “us”) operates compete.devizalabs.com, a directory of running and endurance events across India. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Browsing the public site. We do not require an account or collect personal information to browse or filter races. We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies or track individuals across sites.
• Feedback form. If you submit feedback, we collect whatever you choose to include — optionally your name and email, plus your message. You may submit feedback anonymously.
• Admin access. The admin dashboard (restricted to site operators) uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. This is not applicable to public visitors.

How we use information

Feedback submissions are used solely to improve the site and are sent directly to our team by email. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party links

Race listings link out to third-party organizer and registration websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites. Review their own privacy policies before submitting personal or payment information there.

Data retention

Feedback emails are retained in our email provider's systems per their standard retention policy. We do not maintain a separate database of visitor submissions.
